Jeroen always motivated us to be ambitious while keeping us grounded, realistic and smart about what resources we had. He saved us a few times from doing unimportant, safe tasks like rebranding for the third time and pushed us to get out there. He helped us break down our seemingly vague and complex problems into tangible actions multiple times and we are very thankful for that!
At the beginning of the journey, one problem I faced was having various ideas I wanted to test, but where do I start? And with which idea? Which indicators determine if my target audience is willing to pay for something? Jeroen solved this problem for me. How?
He clarifies how you can quickly test your ideas without fully committing to creating an unproven product, and he guides you through the validation of your ideas.
His way of working
Jeroen in his role as a coach as razor-sharp, results-oriented, and an expert. He knows exactly what he's talking about when it comes to finding product/market fit. As a coach, he tells you the truth. He has frequently held up a loving yet confronting mirror for me. As a person, he's just a delightful guy with a great sense of humor. And you can always give him a call when you need some sparring.

How he helped me
During the early stage of our startup, Jeroen has been very helpful to us as a mentor. Jeroen’s greatest strength is challenging you to be uncomfortable. The right way. With his experience coaching many startups, he has seen a lot of ideas and methodologies fail, or win of course. Using this experience, Jeroen has helped us zooming out, looking at the greater picture and challenge our assumptions every time we felt too comfortable. Thanks Jeroen!
